Returns

  • Eligibility: Items must be returned within 14 days of receiving your order.
    To be eligible for a return:

    • The item must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in its original packaging.

    • Certain products, such as personalized or custom-made items, are non-returnable unless defective or damaged.

  • Process:

    1. Contact us at webshop@jennypuronne.com with your order number and reason for return.

    2. Once approved, send the item to the following return address:

    3. You are responsible for shipping costs for returning the item.
      Shipping costs are non-refundable.

  • Non-returnable items:

    • Gift cards
    • Sale items (unless defective)

Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the status of your refund.
  • If approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7 business days.
  • Please note that bank processing times may vary.

Exchanges

  • Exchanges are subject to product availability. Contact us at webshop@jennypuronne.com to inquire about an exchange for the same item.

Damaged or Defective Items

  • If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at webshop@jennypuronne.com with photos of the issue and your order details. We will arrange a replacement or refund as necessary.
